Do you travel for weddings? What's the cost?
Absolutely. Travel and accommodations can vary widely depending on where you’re choosing to say “I do.” Montana is a big, beautiful state — from mountain lodges to hidden lakeside gems — and no two locations are the same. Because of that, travel pricing is customized based on the distance, season, and any lodging needs. I’ll provide a tailored quote based on your specific plans, and we’ll make sure everything is clear from the start.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — I require a 30% retainer to reserve your date, and the remaining balance can be split into two or three payments depending on your timeline. I’m happy to work with you on a structure that fits your needs, as long as the total is paid in full at least 90 days before your wedding.
Can we add hours or a second shooter later?
Yes — second shooters can be added to any package, and additional hours can be added to the Legacy Collection. If you're booking a smaller collection and think you may need more time, I’m happy to help guide you toward the best value and fit for your day.
How do we book you?
Once you’re ready, send a message through my contact form with your date and details (or as many as you know!). I’ll send a custom proposal your way. Your date is officially booked once the contract is signed and the 30% retainer is received.
Do you help with timeline planning?
Absolutely. A planning questionnaire and consult are included in every wedding collection. I’ll help build a photo-friendly timeline that preserves the flow of your day, carves out time for meaningful moments, and keeps things relaxed, not rushed.
How long before we receive our gallery?
Typical turnaround time is 6 weeks. You’ll also receive a sneak peek within 48 hours — the number of images depends on the collection you choose.
Do we get all the photos?
You’ll receive a hand-edited, high-resolution gallery with a carefully curated mix of timeless color and artistic black-and-white imagery. While full-color images are prioritized, candid moments are often edited in black-and-white for emotion and aesthetic. Every gallery includes access to a professional print shop so your photos can live off-screen — where they belong.
Do you offer albums and prints?
Yes — heirloom albums are included in the top two wedding collections, and every client receives access to a professional print shop. I believe deeply that your story deserves to be held — not just scrolled — and I design with that intention in mind.
Can we book an engagement session separately?
Yes! While engagement sessions are included in every collection, they can also be booked à la carte if you’re still deciding. And while I don’t discount the wedding collection later, I’ll credit your session with a $150–$250 print credit if you book the wedding afterward.
